Rapid Resolution Therapy© (RRT) is a guided conversational approach to clearing the impact of a wide range of mental and emotional challenges.
Developed by Dr. Jon Connelly, RRT targets the unconscious mind through storytelling, guided imagery and gentle hypnosis. It helps bring an end to the body and mind's automatic, painful responses to past or current issues and helps overcome negative habits.
RRT is an intervention designed to deliver rapid, often immediate, results. Unlike other therapies, RRT does not require you to relive or retell traumatic details in depth in order to move past them.

I’m based in Toronto, Canada. Like many current practitioners, my first exposure to RRT was by experiencing it for myself. Having lived with depression for much of my life, I spent years trying almost every form of therapy and medication – all with limited success. By chance, I was introduced to RRT and after researching its safety and effectiveness decided I had nothing to lose by trying it. Little did I know how life-changing it would prove to be.
After just one session I noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I was astonished by how transformative the experience was and the immediate relief it brought. Motivated by these remarkable results, I pursued formal training in RRT, so I could help others seeking similar positive change in their lives.
To date, I’ve completed nearly 500 hours of formal training, and have helped individuals address a wide range of issues from professional struggles, to anger, food related issues, family trauma, fears, phobias, low self-esteem, and many more.

Our sessions are conducted on a secure, online platform. They will typically last 1 to 2 hours and feel more like a conversation or guided experience than conventional therapy.
